  2. Can I move to on‑prem later?
    Yes—export VM image and restore on your hardware.

  3. Supported DBs?
    HANA and SQL 2019; oracle not supported.

  4. How are backups handled?
    Essentials: you schedule; Managed/HA: Branch automated snapshots + off‑site copy.

  5. Security certifications?
    Underlying DC is SOC 2 Type II; optional HIPAA add‑on.
