    Add‑ons that ship with their own lightweight connector (e.g., WiSys)
    bundle it at no additional cost—no separate license to buy.

  2. Can I cancel an add‑on anytime?
    Monthly plans are cancel‑any‑time; annual plans renew each year.

  3. Does the sandbox pilot cost extra?
    Sandbox trials are free for 30 days. Just turn it off if you don’t proceed.

  4. Who supports the add‑on—Branch or the ISV?
    First‑line support is Branch; escalations go to the ISV under the same ticket.

  5. What happens when SAP B1 upgrades?
    Marketplace add‑ons are version‑matched; we test each build before it appears in the console.
